The 240 g Ortofon Record Stabilizer keeps the record stable during playback and helps reduce unwanted vibration. This Standard version is made from aluminium, combining a moderate weight with a solid construction. Its premium silver satin-matt anodised finish and distinctive Ortofon textured wave grip provide an elegant appearance and comfortable handling. A soft felt underside allows the stabilizer to rest safely on the record label without direct metal contact.

Place the record on the platter and then position the stabilizer over the centre spindle. No screwing or tightening is required. Ortofon recommends this Standard version for entry-level and subchassis turntables. Before use, check that your turntable manufacturer permits an additional load of 240 g and that enough of the centre spindle remains exposed.
