The 240 g Ortofon Record Stabilizer keeps the record stable during playback and helps reduce unwanted vibration. This Standard version is made from aluminium, combining moderate weight with a solid construction. Its black satin-matt anodised finish and distinctive textured Ortofon wave-grip provide an elegant appearance and secure handling. A soft felt underside prevents direct contact between the aluminium body and the record label.

Place the record on the platter and position the stabilizer over the centre spindle. No tightening or clamping is required. Ortofon recommends this Standard version for entry-level and sub-chassis turntables. Before use, check that the turntable manufacturer permits an additional load of 240 g and that sufficient clearance remains beneath the dust cover.
