The MC Quintet Red requires a phono preamplifier or amplifier input designed for low-output moving-coil cartridges. Set the tracking force to 2.3 grams and use a load impedance above 20 ohms. Accurate cartridge alignment is essential for optimal tracking and minimum record wear.
