An accurately levelled turntable provides the foundation for careful setup. The compact Ortofon Libelle lets you quickly check whether the platter is perfectly horizontal. With a diameter of 40 mm, a height of 10 mm and a low weight of 12 grams, it can be placed easily on the stationary platter. Its clearly visible bubble and central marking make it straightforward to adjust the turntable feet or supporting surface accurately.

Place the Ortofon Libelle on a flat section of the stationary, empty platter, as close to the centre as possible. Adjust the turntable feet or supporting surface until the bubble is centred within the marking. Remove the level before allowing the platter to rotate. For a complete turntable setup, combine it with the Ortofon Cartridge Alignment Protractor and the Ortofon stylus pressure gauge.
