The Tonar Nostatic Brush is an indispensable accessory for vinyl record enthusiasts who strive for an interference-free and high-quality listening experience. Read more.
The Tonar Nostatic Brush 3180 is a practical record brush for the everyday care of a vinyl collection. It contains more than one million extremely fine carbon fibres. These fibres reach into the record grooves to collect loose dust and small particles. At the same time, the brush helps reduce the static charge present on the playing surface.
Briefly brushing a record before each listening session reduces the likelihood of loose dust accumulating around the stylus. The Tonar Nostatic Brush therefore supports a cleaner playing surface and helps you care properly for both your records and turntable stylus.

Allow the record to rotate on the turntable and gently lower the carbon fibres onto the vinyl. Keep the brush in position for several revolutions, then slowly move it towards the outer edge of the record. Afterwards, clean the fibres by moving the rotating protective bracket across the brush several times.
Avoid touching the carbon fibres with your fingers. The Tonar 3180 is intended for removing loose, dry dust. For fingerprints, grease or firmly attached contamination, we recommend using a suitable wet record-cleaning method.
