In 1979 Supertramp were already extremely successful, but "Breakfast In America" exceeded all expectations. It sold millions all over the world, won two Grammys and contained three chart successes with "The Logical Song", "Take the Long Way Home" and "Goodbye Stranger". Supertramp deliver catchy, condensed and cleverly constructed pop hits, combined with the distinctive falsetto vocals of Roger Hodgson and Rick Davies' playing on electric piano.

Remastering for the hybrid SACD from Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab was handled by Rob LoVerde. The limited edition with consecutive serial number comes in a mini LP cover with enclosed booklet.
