The third album by Michael, Jermaine, Marlon, Tito and Jackie was released by Motown on September 8, 1970 – five months after its predecessor “ABC”. Thanks to the hit “I’ll Be There”, which was released as a lead single, they became the first artists since their debut to have four consecutive songs top both the Pop and R&B charts. The album reached number 4 on the Billboard Album Charts and number 1 on both the US R&B Album Charts and the Cashbox Charts. The album is widely regarded as one of the group’s finest releases and sold more than 6 million copies worldwide!
