Jesse Colin Young, Banana Levinger and Joe Bauer aka "The Youngbloods" made a name for themselves in the 60s and 70s with their multi-layered acoustic folk and electro rock, and their self-titled debut album (with Jerry Corbitt still in the quartet) went platinum several times.

Their follow-up, Elephant Mountain, which included the hit 'Darkness, Darkness', became an underground classic and is now available on stereo vinyl for the first time in over 35 years. The mastering for Impex Records was done by Kevin Gray at Cohearent Audio.
