Marquee Moon, Television’s pioneering 1977 debut album, receives an exceptionally luxurious treatment from Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab. The interplay between Tom Verlaine and Richard Lloyd’s guitars, the direct production and the album’s adventurous arrangements are presented with impressive clarity and definition.
This is the first 45RPM edition of the album and its eight tracks are spread across two 180g LPs. The individually numbered worldwide edition is strictly limited to 3,000 copies, making this deluxe box set both an audiophile release and a highly desirable collectable.

Mobile Fidelity’s UltraDisc One-Step process eliminates two plating stages used in conventional vinyl production. The stamper is produced directly from the lacquer, reducing generational loss and helping preserve fine musical detail, dynamic contrasts and spatial information.
For this edition, the original 1/4-inch analogue master tape running at 15 IPS was transferred to DSD256. The signal then passed through an analogue console to the cutting lathe. Mastering was completed by Krieg Wunderlich.
