Powerful digital link between computers and digital-to-analog converters
The hiFace Evo Two is the best link available between your computer and the digital input of your hi-fi system. Whether the latter is a DAC, the digital section of an audio-video receiver or the digital input of a disc player, the hiFace Evo Two allows the audio stream to be transmitted in the best possible state.
A wealth of output connections (including an I2S output on an HDMI connector, PS audio standard) makes it really easy to control any digital audio unit on the market.
The hiFace Evo Two also includes a SPDIF digital input, very useful when the user needs to send digital audio streams via USB to the PC that does not have a digital input. The digital input can also be used to receive data from a CD player to use the hiFace Evo Two as an upsampler: by intentionally setting the hiFace Evo Two to upsample incoming data from the SPDIF input to a higher frequency , the audio data at its outputs will be upsampled.
Thanks to the remote control, the hiFace Evo Two can be easily controlled from your recliner, to choose between USB and SPDIF input and to access and adjust the configuration menu.
