The Audio-Technica AT-VM95EN is a premium cartridge from the VM95 series, fitted with a nude elliptical diamond stylus. Unlike the AT-VM95E, which uses a bonded stylus tip, the AT-VM95EN features a one-piece diamond with a nude round shank directly mounted into the aluminium cantilever. This results in a lighter, stiffer transmission system that enhances clarity, speed, and high-frequency accuracy.
Delivering 3.5 mV output voltage and a frequency response of 20–23,000 Hz, the AT-VM95EN provides highly detailed, dynamic playback. With an average lifespan of about 300 hours, the nude elliptical stylus offers a clear upgrade in detail retrieval and fidelity compared to a bonded elliptical design.
The cartridge includes threaded M2.6 inserts for easy installation without nuts, along with mounting screws and plastic washers.
