The WBT-0763 is a premium Classic speaker binding post designed for loudspeaker construction, restoration projects and upgrades to existing terminal panels. This set contains four terminals, making it suitable for a stereo pair of loudspeaker connections.
The solid contact components are manufactured from brass and protected by a durable 24-carat multilayer gold plating. This finish protects the contact surfaces against corrosion and helps maintain a reliable connection with consistently low contact resistance.
The fine-pitch thread and cross-milled contact surface create exceptionally high contact pressure. WBT’s patented two-piece clamping nut incorporates a separate pressure pad, allowing a spade connector to be secured without twisting it while the terminal is tightened.
The external connection accepts a 4 mm banana plug, spades with a 6 or 8 mm fork opening and crimped cable ends up to 6 mm². Internally, conductors up to 10 mm² can be soldered or crimped when the optional grub screw is fitted.
The included insulating components provide electrically insulated and anti-rotation mounting. WBT’s modular Puzzle Plate system allows the terminals to be installed individually or as a dual terminal with the standard 30 mm spacing.
