The WBT 0730.01 is a premium Topline binding post designed for loudspeakers, amplifiers and demanding custom audio projects. Its solid construction, extra-fine thread and freely rotating compression pad provide exceptionally high and even contact pressure. This maintains a consistently low contact resistance and minimises any influence on the audio signal.

Externally, the WBT 0730.01 accepts a standard 4 mm banana plug, spade lugs with a 6 or 8 mm fork opening and crimped or bare cable ends up to 6 mm². The cross-milled surface underneath the compression pad delivers a secure, permanent grip while helping to prevent individual cable strands from being sheared during tightening.
Internal cables with a conductor cross-section of up to 10 mm² can be connected by crimping or soldering. When crimping is used, the Torx screw provides reliable mechanical retention.
The solid metal parts feature high-quality, nickel-free multilayer plating with 24-carat gold. This non-ferromagnetic finish protects the contact surfaces against corrosion. With a contact resistance of no more than 0.1 mΩ and a continuous current capacity exceeding 200 A, the WBT 0730.01 is ideal for high-performance audio systems.
The WBT puzzle plate system prevents the terminal from rotating during use. It is suitable for cabinet walls from 0.1 to 6 mm thick. The optional WBT-9404 mounting bracket allows two terminals to be installed at the standard 19 mm centre spacing.
