Can I return my order?

Yes, you can register your purchase for return within 14 days. After registering the return, you have another 14 days to send the product back. During this period you may return the order unused, undamaged, and complete in the original packaging. If you wish to do so, please send an email to [email protected]. You will receive an automatic reply with further instructions. Always include your order number and invoice number in your email.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the seller with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product. Please therefore handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Are there costs associated with returning a product?
Unless otherwise agreed (for example in case of defects), the costs of returning the product are at your own expense.

How quickly will my return be processed?
When you return a product, you will receive a confirmation once the return has been received and is being processed. We will then refund the order amount within 14 days after your return registration, provided the product has been received in good order.
