1. Order
1.1. How do I place an order?
Place the product of your choice in your shopping cart by clicking the "Shopping Cart" button. Then click "Order" to proceed to the next step. In step two, select your preferred shipping and payment methods. Then click the "Next" button, fill in your information, and continue through the steps. Select "Next" again. You will now see an overview of all the information; review it. If everything is to your liking, click the "Confirm Order" button. Your order is then finalized.
1.2. Can I have my order delivered to a different address? (Gift tip)
Yes, this is possible. During the ordering process, you can specify a different delivery address when entering your personal information. If you choose a different delivery address, a separate packing slip will be sent to that address. This will not include the price. The packing slip will, however, indicate the originator of the order. The invoice will be sent to the address you initially provided.
1.3. Can I also collect my order?
This is possible, we will contact you to make an appointment.
Will I receive a message when I place an order?
You'll receive an order confirmation immediately. If you pay for your order immediately, you'll receive an invoice the same day.
1.4. Can I change or cancel an order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, we advise you to contact customer service.
1.5. Can I order a product that is no longer listed on your website?
If you wish to order something that is no longer listed on our website, we advise you to contact customer service.
2. Payment
2.1. What payment options do you offer?
You can pay via iDeal, PayPal, Direct ebanking, Mister Cash, Klarna or bank transfer.
- iDeal: Secure payment via internet banking through your own bank.
- PayPal: Secure payments with your PayPal account.
- Direct ebanking: Pay securely via internet banking through your own bank.
- Mister Cash: Secure payment via internet banking through your own bank.
- Klarna: Secure payment afterwards (after receiving your order).
Bank transfer: You will receive an email with instructions on how to pay by bank or giro transfer.*
* Your order will be shipped after we receive your payment.
2.2. Will my order be delivered equally quickly with every payment option?
Orders paid via iDeal, PayPal, Direct eBanking, Mister Cash, and Billink are shipped immediately. Orders paid via bank transfer are delivered after the money has been credited to our bank account. Bank transfer payments usually take one business day to arrive.
2.3. How does payment by bank transfer work?
During the ordering process, you select "Prepayment via bank transfer." You'll then receive an email with all our details so you can transfer the payment with peace of mind. Please make sure to clearly note your order number.
3. Delivery
3.1. What are the shipping costs for my order?
For orders over €20, there are no shipping costs within the Netherlands. For other countries, please refer to the complete overview on our website.
3.2. When will my order be delivered?
If you placed and paid for your order before 5:00 PM, you will receive the track and trace number from PostNL the same day. If you chose to pay by bank transfer, your order will be handed over to PostNL once payment has been received. This usually takes 1 to 2 business days.
3.3. How do I see if a product is in stock?
The delivery time is listed on the product page. If the product is out of stock, a delivery time will be indicated.
3.4. What happens if I order multiple products with different delivery times?
We wait until your order is complete so we can ship it all at once. If you'd like to receive a product sooner, please place two separate orders.
3.5. Who will deliver my order?
All deliveries are made by PostNL. They deliver your order during the day to the shipping address you specified. PostNL delivers Monday through Saturday. (Evening delivery is also possible; you can select this option when completing your order.)
3.6. What happens if I'm not home during delivery?
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the order will be delivered to the nearest PostNL collection point, where you can pick it up.
3.7. Can I make a delivery appointment?
Unfortunately, it's not possible to schedule a delivery appointment. We depend on PostNL's driver route.
4. Returns
4.1. Can I return my order?
Yes, you can register your purchase for return within 14 days. After registering, you have another 14 days to return it. During this period, you can return the order unused, undamaged, and complete in its original packaging. To return your order, please send an email to [email protected], and you will receive instructions via automatic replay. Always include your order number and invoice number in the email.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for the reduction in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

4.2. Are there any costs associated with returning?
Unless otherwise agreed (for example in case of defects), the costs for returning (so-called return costs) are at your own expense.
4.3. How quickly will my return be processed?
When you return a product, you will receive a confirmation once it has been received and is being processed. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
4.4. My order is incomplete or damaged, what should I do?
